Curriculum Framework to Maximise Success for Every Student The framework of the Foundation programme is built around three core courses above, which represent the three aspects of the educational process, the Learner, the Content Learned, and the Process of Learning.
This
foundation process takes two years of intensive bridging, including
developing:
Step 2. The
process
of knowing:
Professional Skills 1; a 5-month (1 semester) fundamental
skills development programme for everyone Step 3. The known: Certificate in Business Administration 1; academic (1 year basic business, organizational management skills for everyone)
Vocational Programmes After completing the Foundation Programme, including Personal Leadership 1 and 2, and Professional Skills 1, and Certificate in Business Administration, the basic development courses at Maharishi Institute, students will have a lot of opportunities available to choose from. These include a 1 (one) year vocational training program that is job skills and industry specific, in Call Center and BPO training, banking, Administration, Book-keeping, and IT. There are also opportunities for Entrepreneurs who want to set up their own businesses. Vocational programmes will also begin at Ezemvelo Nature Reserve in terms of: Conservation; Eco-Tourism; Organic Agriculture.
